Manaus (AM) – Grupo Natan Congelados opened 40 jobs and is hiring professionals for the areas of sales, inventory, transportation and baking. To compete for the positions, candidates must send their resume to the email [email protected] .
The group’s director, Arian Ribeiro, points out that the company’s policy is to invest in the expansion and improvement of the team, always with the aim of improving performance. One of the company’s differentials, according to him, is the provision of training to its professionals, mainly in the production areas, through the Natan School.
“This is an initiative of the group, which aims to train technical professionals within the company, discover and retain new talents”, he highlighted.
The human resources manager of the Natan Congelados Group, Patrícia Morais, informs that there are currently 12 vacancies available for production assistant, a position for which experience is not required. There are 25 vacancies for the position of baker’s assistant and a minimum experience of six months in the areas of bakery or confectionery is recommended. Natan Congelados is also hiring a stock assistant, driver assistant and salesperson, with one vacancy for each position. At least six months of experience in the position is required.
