An option for those who want to vary the classic recipe for baked cod with potatoes, traditional for Easter. In this version, cod with cream can be made with frozen cod fillet, fresh cream and gruyére cheese —but mozzarella works just as well!

In this preparation, one of the most traditional in Portuguese cuisine, you can learn two tricks so you don’t end up with cod scrambled with eggs.
