The Cave

La Cave will offer varied dishes for lunch and dinner. You can choose between meat and fish, or choose the vegetarian option, which is a pumpkin cream with gorgonzola, served with grilled mushrooms and gohan rice. The desserts are tempting: red fruit sorbet with ginger foam, or a version of the banoffee pie, made with cocoa crumble, caramelized banana, handmade dulce de leche and flambéed marshmallow, on the lunch menu.
