Manaus (AM) – Financial educator and speaker, Amazonian writer Malu Lira will launch on October 7th, at Teatro Amazonas, 12 books on financial education aimed at children and young people. Among the works are “Saga da Laurinha”, “Contos Milionários” and “Investimentos para Jovens Além da Poupança”.
Born in Apuí, in the interior of Amazonas, Malu has already conquered her space in the financial world, being cited in national newspapers such as Correio Braziliense and Estado de Minas.
Malu launched his first book, “Finanças para Crianças – Além da Mesada”, in 2022 and sold more than 50 thousand copies. In this new phase, the Amazonian writer produced content focused on young people and teenagers, as a simplified guide to the world of investments.
“Since I was little, I have always liked using money correctly. But when I took the topic to the classroom I saw that this was not a topic for children. This second book will cover topics ranging from how to open your first brokerage account to teaching readers how to maintain an investment portfolio, so that they can achieve their goals more quickly,”
said Malu.
Another new feature are the children’s stories that will be released. “Laurinha’s Saga” brings together fun stories and adventures with money, where Laurinha and her brother Carlinhos learn to deal well with finances, bringing valuable lessons to young readers. “Millionaire Tales” refer to fairy tales adapted to the financial world, bringing lessons on how to have your own happy and prosperous ending.
“My dream is for children and young people to learn how to use money correctly and understand that it is not a bad thing so that they can leverage and achieve their goals”,
highlighted.
