Until the 31st of this month, Chef’s at the Motel takes menus signed by chefs to motels in São Paulo, for those who want to eat well in these places.
The seventh edition of the event offers guests at participating motels two options for starters and two main courses at the price of R$79 per person.
On Lush and Spoiler menus, guests can taste dishes created by chef Luiz Gustavo Moraes. He has already worked with the Frenchman Alain Ducasse, a reference in gastronomy, and has worked at the award-winning Fasano and restaurants in Spain, France and England.
At these locations, cream of mushrooms with smoked soft-yolk egg or tuna slices with Bahia orange, burrata cream and almonds are served to start. As a main dish, there is spaghetti with squid ink in a sparkling wine sauce with cherry tomatoes, shrimp and squid, or filet mignon medallions with truffled mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables topped with roti sauce.
At the Apple and Zapt motels, the menu is designed by chef Acácio Santiago, who has worked at Maksoud Plaza. He prepares suggestions such as vegan Moroccan couscous, filet mignon and salmon tartar, sea bass ceviche and duck magret with asparagus.
The menu is available from Monday to Sunday for all suite categories. You can ask for it directly at the accommodation or through the Guia de Motels Go application.
