The creator of ChatGPT, OpenAI, announced this Friday (12) that its text-generating artificial intelligence (AI) will next week be able to perform internet searches to access current information.

The new feature, according to OpenAI, allows the bot to generate texts about recent topics. The technology will still be in the testing phase and available only to subscribers of the “plus” version of the product, at US$ 20 (R$ 98.46).
