Casa Italia serves authentic Italian food

If you are passionate about Italian culinaryyou cannot miss the house italy, one of the participants of the 1st Festival Bom Gourmet Florianópolis and which is more than a place to eat well. The restaurant is a space to experience the authentic gastronomy and culture of the European country.

Casa Italia’s menu at the festival features, among the main dishes, spaghetti carbonara or risotto al limone e gamberetti, made with Sicilian lemon and accompanied by shrimp. As for dessert, two super Italian options: panna cotta with red fruit sauce or tiramisu. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with a fixed price of R$ 109.90.

Conceived by three Italians, Casa Itália opened two years ago and today has the experience of chef Paolo Bona, partner-owner and sole founder who continues to run the kitchen. One of the differentials of the place is working with fresh and quality ingredients, many of them imported directly from Italy.

“We try to keep as close to what the gastronomy is there, we set up a place with a very typical menu”, says chef Paolo. The restaurant also has the partner Denis dos Santos, who takes care of the pizzeria part. He has already traveled and taken a course in Italy, so he has the necessary knowledge to maintain the concept proposed by the restaurant. “Many customers comment that it’s a piece of Italy on the island, just close your eyes when eating”, says Santos.
