Who is entitled to the benefit

Those who worked with formal registration for at least 30 days during the base year (in this case, 2021) are entitled to the allowance, receiving, on average, up to two national minimum wages per month.

You also need to be registered with the PIS/Pasep for at least five years. It is still necessary that the employer has informed the worker’s data correctly in the Annual Social Information List (Rais).

It is worth mentioning that Resolution 838, of 2019, determines that the amounts not received in life by the holders are assured to the dependents or legal successors.

How much to receive and how to withdraw

Those who have a checking or savings account at Caixa (in the case of PIS) or at BB (who receives Pasep) are entitled to automatic credit of the amounts.
