C&A’s partnership with Brechó Daz Camisaz to receive used items from customers in exchange for credits on the retailer network will be expanded to WhatsApp. The service has been working since last year, but without the online alternative. The next step should be expansion to other destinations where the network is present, in addition to São Paulo.
Through the exchange system, C&A receives accessories and make-up, which are reversed in values for new purchases.
With WhatsApp, the process will work through a QR Code on the website and at the cashiers in some of the network’s physical stores, which will direct the customer to the app’s service, where they can send photos of the parts for Daz’s evaluation and then you will receive a value offer. If he accepts the proposal, the customer will need to take his clothes to one of the stores that offer the service.
According to the company, the amount will be refunded in credits to spend at C&A within ten days. At the Tatuapé shopping store, the voucher will be available immediately.
