Manaus (AM) – A large warehouse for the production of electric motorcycles starting in 2024. This was the main novelty presented to Suframa by Brudden da Amazônia, this Wednesday (27), during a visit by superintendent Bosco Saraiva and the technical team to the site, at Avenida Autaz Mirim, n.º115, Distrito Industrial, Zona Sul. Assembly is expected to begin in November this year, so that production in 2024 can be consolidated on a large scale.
With an original production profile focused on the manufacture of gym equipment in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), Brudden now enters the electric mobility sector, with a product made in Amazonas and developed in the national territory, in the city of Pompeia (SP ), from the conception of the motorcycle to the development of partners and suppliers.
The investment is R$23 million and the diversification project was approved last year by the Suframa Board of Directors (CAS) and the Amazonas State Development Council (Codam).
“It is yet another organization that believes in the Manaus Free Trade Zone and in the sustainable development of our region, amidst so much ignorance of what the project represents for the Amazon and the country as a whole. We will continue to strike the same chord, that we need to return to the lost path, publicize our industrial, technical-scientific vocation and show that here, we are still a reference in the manufacture of electric motorcycles”,
highlighted superintendent Bosco Saraiva.
A member of the Jacto group, specialized in the production of various agricultural equipment and sprayers, the company is made up of Brudden da Amazônia, Brudden Nautica and Brudden Equipamentos (in Pompeia).
In the capital of Amazonas, the production of fitness equipment under the Movement brand stands out. In São Paulo, the company produces a complete line of products that serve people’s well-being and leisure, in the most varied segments such as residential and professional fitness (Gyms), agricultural, gardening, forestry and kayaks.
Suframa was welcomed on the visit by the resident director, Carlos Susumu Furuie; the administrative manager, Maria Keiko Uchida Furuie; and the Controllership manager, Paulo Henrique Ferreira.
Foundation
Brudden was founded by Takashi Nishimura in August 1980, in the city of Pompeia (SP). The name Brudden came from the combination of the words Bruder, which in German means brother, and Garden, which in English means garden. The logo, like the other companies in the Jacto group, includes the Nishimura family coat of arms: the three-leaf clover.
