Bom Gourmet Florianópolis Festival: discover the participating menus

Is coming! A 1st edition of the Bom Gourmet Festival in Florianópolis starts this month and will be held between August 18th and September 10th. 14 restaurants will participate in the event that will offer full menus – starter, main course and dessert – for fixed prices of R$89.90, R$109.90 and R$129.90.

Of course, the first edition of the capital of Santa Catarina could not miss exclusive menus with seafood, with options for all tastes: fish, octopus, shrimp and much more. And, for meat lovers, there are also different menus, in addition to pastas and risottos. At the festival website it is possible to check all the details, in addition to information such as opening hours, payment methods and addresses.

Get to know the menus of the participants of the 1st edition of the Festival Bom Gourmet Florianópolis:

Box 32
Specialized in seafood, Box 32 is located inside the Florianópolis Public Market. The restaurant menu brings, for the entrance, two options of stuffed cones: cockles or crab. As main dishes, shrimp risotto or German risotto – made with smoked blumenau sausage and pumpkin. The menu will be served at lunch and dinner, at R$ 109.90.

live barbecueO
The restaurant offers prime cuts of the typical Argentinian parrilla and participates in this edition with beef ribs roasted for 10 hours and ancho steak, both accompanied by rice and fries. There is also a vegetarian option, with fettuccine and three cheese sauce. For dessert, chocolate petit gateau, accompanied by artisanal ice cream or a bowl of artisanal ice cream. The menu will be served both at lunch and dinner, for R$129.90 or R$89.90 (vegetarian option).

house italy
Located in Lagoa da Conceição, Casa Itália’s menu does justice to Italian cuisine, with spaghetti carbonara or risotto with lemon and gamberetti, made with Sicilian lemon and served with prawns. For dessert, two very Italian options: Panna Cotta With Syrup Of Red Fruits or Tiramisu. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with a fixed price of R$ 109.90.

Blackpot Restaurant
For fondue fans, Blackpot will have variations of this dish on the starter, main and dessert menus. The restaurant also offers lactose-free cheeses and vegan protein options for those with dietary restrictions. The meat fondue features, in addition to beef sirloin steak, shrimp, squid and salmon. As for chocolates, it combines nest with Nutella, Kit Kat and Ovaltine, and seasonal fruits and marshmallow as accompaniments. The full menu costs R$109.90 and will be served at lunch and dinner.

Fiori
Fiori is located in Santo Antônio de Lisboa and offers visitors a beautiful view of the waterfront. At the restaurant, seafood is the star: creamy catfish croquettes, accompanied by a lemon aioli and chili pepper, are the main course on the menu. For the main course, roasted octopus accompanied by risotto and roasted garlic and bottarga aioli. The menu costs R$129.90 for lunch and dinner.

The Cave
La Cave offers a contemporary menu, with different main dishes for lunch and dinner, with meat and fish, and also a vegetarian option: pumpkin cream with gorgonzola, accompanied by grilled mushrooms and gohan rice. For dessert, red fruit sorbet with ginger foam, or a reinterpretation of the banoffee pie, made with cocoa crumble, caramelized banana, homemade dulce de leche and flambéed marshmallow, on the lunch menu. At dinner, dulce de leche fondant topped with marshmallow, banana jam and cinnamon tuile, or fruit salad sorbet with ginger foam. The full menu costs R$89.90 for lunch and R$129.90 for dinner.

little carbone
Inspired by Italian cuisine, Little Carbone offers two options for main dishes: parmigiana, made with beef tenderloin in pomodoro sauce and accompanied by spaghetti in butter and sage, or fillet of saint peter with Sicilian lemon risotto. For dessert, the traditional tiramisu. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner for R$ 129.90.

Musume
For those who enjoy Japanese food, Musume offers a menu inspired by this cuisine, with a special combo and a vegan combo – pieces of sushi and sashimi selected by the chef. One of the desserts is also inspired by the eastern country, with a crispy spring roll, stuffed with banana and dulce de leche and served with cream ice cream. The other option is a vegan chocolate mousse. The full menu costs R$89.90 and will be served at lunch and dinner.

Space RAR
Also inspired by Italy, Spaccio RAR offers three options for main dishes: risotto with gran formaggio cheese and Sicilian lemon, with chicken strips, filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and spaghetti with pesto, served with basil and parmesan. One of the desserts mixes Italy and Brazil: gran formaggio pudding served with guava syrup. The traditional panna cotta is also part of the menu, served with red fruits. The menu will be served at lunch and dinner for R$89.90.

shack
The Shack brings authentic Uruguayan parrilla to Florianópolis and, on the festival’s menu, serves entrecôte accompanied by rice, fries and salad. The other option is a freshwater fish: tilapia with rice, broccoli and mayonnaise. For dessert, milk pudding. The full menu costs R$129.90 for lunch and dinner.

Thai House
The festival also has a Thai flavor: the Thai House menu is inspired by Thailand and typical flavors of the country. For input, the crispy kung: shrimp in coconut crust accompanied by sweet pepper jelly. As a main course, the sparrod kung – prawns and jasmine rice fried with chestnuts and mint – served in an unusual way: inside a pineapple. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner for a fixed price of R$ 109.90.

Trattoria Carbone
Opened in April this year, Trattoria Carbone features an Italian menu, with two main course options: parmigiana with spaghetti – mignon with pomodoro sauce with spaghetti in butter and sage – and ravioli di brie – pasta stuffed with brie cheese, tomato and basil. For dessert, handcrafted Italian vanilla ice cream. The menu costs R$129.90, both for lunch and dinner.

Danko
With contemporary fusion cuisine, Danko has menus for lunch and dinner. As main dishes, the pea pesto risotto with Brazil nuts, and “Como o mar estar”, featuring the catch of the day served with crispy chestnuts, Thai sauce, cassava puree and roasted vegetables. For dessert, chocolate mousse or the vegan “Sambaqui”, made with 40% chocolate mousse, salted caramel, crunchy almond shell, red fruit compote from the Santa Catarina mountains and fresh fruit. Menus cost R$89.90 (lunch) and R$129.90 (dinner).

Simple Jurerê
Simple Jurerê offers contemporary dishes, with emphasis on local ingredients and an Italian touch. The festival’s menu features different main course options: spaghetti carbonara with Dutch beans and breadcrumbs, cassava gnocchi with strips of tenderloin, funghi secchi and gorgonzola, and brie cheese risotto with green apple and pecan nuts. Among the desserts, milk pudding and orange caramel, white chocolate mousse with red fruit and almond syrup, and mango ice cream with ginger, yogurt cream, burnt coconut and tahiti lemon zest. The full menu will be served at lunch and dinner for R$129.90.
