Bankers gathered at the Esfera Brasil dinner recognized the advances made by the Lula government in launching Desenrola, a debt renegotiation program for low-income people, but demanded firm proposals for expanding credit to sectors now suffocated by interest rates.

It also wants guarantees that are easy to enforce, with liquidity and that do not require high costs in possible extrajudicial search scenarios.
If this election passes, they consider that there are conditions for reducing the interest rates currently practiced, which may stimulate more offer.
