Almost 1.5 million people signed up for the Banco do Brasil contest, but just over half are actually in the running for the 4,299 vacancies. The answer template for the contest was released last Monday (24) by Cesgranrio, organizer of the selection process. The exam had an objective part (70 multiple-choice questions) and a discursive part (writing).
There were three different types of tests for commercial agents. Exam A is available here, Exam B results are here, and Exam C results are here. The technology agent test template is here. Each test has five different templates. Therefore, the candidate must check the type of test he took and the letter of his exam key.
In addition to the 4,299 jobs, 2,226 people will be selected for the reserve register, 1,151 for commercial agents and 1,075 for tax agents. In the competition, 20% of the places are reserved for candidates who declared themselves to be black and 15% for candidates with disabilities.
This Tuesday (25), the deadline for entry of resources ended. The result of the objective tests and the preliminary essay marks will be announced on June 5th, with requests for revisions opening between June 5th and 6th.
On June 13, the list of approved candidates who declared themselves black will be released. The final result of the other candidates is expected to be announced on July 14th.
The starting salary is BRL 3,622.23 for a 30-hour week, in addition to a BRL 1,014.42 allowance for food or a meal, a BRL 799.38 food basket, day care assistance, profit sharing or results, supplementary pension plan, health plan, dental plan, help for children with disabilities and access to education and training programs.
The chances of work are in the bank’s branches in the states of Acre, Alagoas, Amapá, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Pará, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Rondônia, Roraima, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Sergipe, Tocantins and in the Federal District.
Those who are disputing the vacancy in the technological area may receive more than R$ 7,000 in the future. For this, you will need to undergo internal training and promotions. There will be initial training for three months, right after approval.
Afterwards, it will be possible to move on to phase two, with a salary of R$ 6,075.55, also for 30 hours a week. After 90 days, he will be able to hold the position of three advisors in the area, with a salary of R$ 7,254.40 for the same weekly workload. Another advantage is the possibility of hybrid remote work.
