Auction offers furniture and apartment decoration items – 02/19/2024 – Market

The construction company Cyrela is accepting proposals for auctions of decorated apartment goods. There are more than a thousand items such as furniture, appliances and utensils in general. Only closed lots can be purchased.

Bids start at R$50 and the average discount is 90% in relation to the market value of the products. The items are grouped into two separate auctions, with more than 500 lots each.

The competitions will be on Thursday (22) and Tuesday (27). Bids must be placed by 12pm on closing day. The lots can be seen on the Kwara website, under decorated apartment assets.

The auctioned items are part of the construction company’s decorated apartments, for display on the sales stands, which are being dismantled. Among the products you can find tables, chairs, mirrors, washing machines and even plants for residential landscaping.

Individuals and legal entities can participate. To participate, you must register with Kwara, providing name, address, telephone number and photo of a document proving your identity, such as ID, CPF (Individual Person Registration), CNH (National Driving License) or RNE (National Registration of Foreigners).

After completing the data, the registration is analyzed to ensure the authenticity of those interested in participating in the auction and, if approved, participation in the competitions is permitted.

Only closed lots can be purchased and each one has a timer that tells you the closing time for that lot. The auction ends when the last bid is considered valid by the auctioneer.

At the end of the auction, the Kwara platform will forward the charge to the buyer, which must be made via Pix. Removal of the auctioned item is the responsibility of the bidder.

The spaces decorated with the items on display can be visited until the dates and times indicated in the desired lot. After this period, the units only receive visits from buyers to collect the goods. The items are on display at Cyrela units located in São Paulo.

The first unit is located at Avenida Morumbi, 39, in Santo Amaro, south of São Paulo, and accepts visits until February 21st, at 5pm. More details available at this link.
