Do you use processed foods in your kitchen? I value fresh ingredients a lot, but I also use processed seasonings. They are great allies.

Many chefs condemn the use of ready-made seasonings. What do you think? Everyone has their own style of cooking, their preferences, and this must be respected. But it is important to recognize that ready-made seasonings are a viable and advantageous option.

Does the business follow a standard contract for the use of its brand or does it have a different model? It does not fall under a standard contract. This partnership will be a co-creation. What’s your favorite dish? I have a palate open to the flavors of the world. I really like Minas Gerais and Italian food. Now, I’m enjoying Thai cuisine with its spicy flavor.

Do you have an unfulfilled dream? I really want to have time to fish. My dream is to go back to the Amazon basins and catch a huge calf about eight feet long.
