Businessman spoke out, through his lawyer, after the interview given by the presenter and shown on Domingo Espetacular

After the interview given by Ana Hickmann to Domingo Espetacular, on Record TV, this Sunday (26), Alexandre Correa decided to speak out through his lawyer. In a note sent to Quem, Enio Martins Murad stated that the businessman “is suffering obsessive persecution by Ana Hickmann and Rede Record”.

In the interview, the presenter revealed that her husband is being investigated for fraud and ideological falsehood. Regarding the statement, Alexandre’s defense said they were unaware. Furthermore, the lawyer pointed out that “Ana Hickmann is demonstrating immaturity in dealing with the issue”.

“Regarding these facts, Alexandre’s defense claims that they are not aware of any investigation. We also inform you that Alexandre is the managing partner of the company Hickmann Serviços and that he has legal powers to sign checks and documents”,

said the defense in a note.

The text continued: “Alexandre has the right to a contradictory and full defense. So far, everything that Ana Hickmann has accused, she has not proven. For example, the alleged firearm that led to the abusive break-in of Alexandre’s apartment. In fact, the real victim in this case is the husband who is suffering obsessive persecution by Ana Hickmann and Rede Record.”

Finally, he concluded: “Every company in Brazil today is going through difficulties and Ana Hickmann is demonstrating immaturity in dealing with the issue”, he concluded.

Ana Hickmann reveals her husband’s fraud: “Signatures weren’t mine”

In the interview with Domingo Espetacular, Ana Hickmann told details of what happened that November 11th and situations that preceded the discussion episode.

According to Ana, days before she discovered some documents that indicated some crimes committed by Alexandre such as fraud and ideological falsehood. She, however, still does not know how much debt her name is involved.

“We shared everything very well and we never had a problem with that because we built everything from scratch. Many people asked me how I put up with so much brutality from him, and I said I was used to it. But over time, I saw that it wasn’t love there anymore, it was a business”,

she declared about the wedding.

Ana Hickmann said she suspected her husband, but only became sure of the lies he told about his finances after press reports. It is worth remembering that this column revealed some of the debts owed to the presenter, her husband and the couple’s company.

Ana Hickmann also revealed that when she looked at more things, she ended up finding documents that indicated Alexandre’s fraud. “I started to find more things, he didn’t like it and then I moved things I shouldn’t have”she said.

The presenter explained: “I can’t go into details yet because the investigation is under secrecy. But on the Thursday before this whole thing, I found documents, checks, things that I looked at and couldn’t identify if they were legal or illegal. Signatures that weren’t mine, values… And when I questioned him, it was the first time he started to get very aggressive with me.”

She further pointed out: “There is a major investigation into fraud, misrepresentation…”.

Regarding the news of debts in the couple’s name, Hickmann said that her husband tried to hide what he was leaving. “It hasn’t even been four months since I saw news from a bank. He tried to hide it anyway,”
