The recovery plan will define what the company’s actions will be for the coming months and will be widely publicized as soon as it is finalized”, said the company in an official note. The company is now in the so-called “shielding period”, a period of 180 days in which all its debts are suspended. Creditors, however, continue to defend their cases in court.
