Entries are now open for the second edition of FORMA, a training course for working with bars and restaurants. The event is promoted by Academia da Cerveja, Ambev’s school of beer knowledge and culture, in partnership with the Higher School of Beer and Malt (ESCM) and the Ceres Institute. Basic principles of beer pairing and services will be taught, and registration can be carried out free of charge on the Academia da Cerveja website, between 04/18 and 05/18.

The course is fully digital, and participants must be over 18 years old. There will be 11 classes, totaling 8 hours in duration, available in the format on demand, so they can be watched at any time. The program is also part of Bora, Ambev’s inclusion project that intends to include 5 million people in the job market by 2032, and aims to promote return or insert new people in the job market.

The first edition of FORMA, held in 2022, was aimed exclusively at trans people, as an initiative to promote diversity in workspaces.
