Amazonian Cella Bártholo makes a special appearance in a concert at Teatro Amazonas

A great celebration takes place with the musical and scenic strength of Handel’s Hallelujah, and the concert ends with the arrival of Santa Claus

Manaus (AM) – Singer and actress Cella Bártholo returns to the stage at Teatro Amazonas, in a special appearance in the “O Encanto de Natal” concert, which takes place from Wednesday (20) to Saturday (23), starting at 7pm. Cella, who currently lives in Rio de Janeiro, where she dedicates her artistic career, was invited to participate solo in the show.

Also participating in the concert are the Amazonas Folkloric Ballet, the Amazonas Philharmonic, Amazonas Guitar Orchestra and Choir, as well as guest soloists such as Cella, Carol Martins, Elane Monteiro, Enrique Bravo and Luiz Carlos.

Cella says that she considers it an honor to be part of the show, singing on the stage of Teatro Amazonas and on such a special date as Christmas.

“The Teatro Amazonas is part of my history and being able to return after a few years without performing there and interacting with the Manaus public is an immense pleasure. I’m very happy and excited,”

highlights Bártholo.

“The Christmas Charm” features the poetry of songs that translate the story of the great savior, Jesus Christ, and unusual scenes such as the persecution of Herod. The reflective moments of the concert continue until their great climax, with the construction of a beautiful nativity scene made of living fabric sculptures.

The great celebration takes place with the musical and scenic strength of Handel’s Halleluja, and the concert ends with the arrival of Santa Claus and a procession through the audience, creating a great celebration for the entire audience present.

Balance

For Cella, participating in the Christmas concert is the crowning achievement of an extremely productive year. She was part of the cast of the HBO series “Use Your Voice”, playing the antagonist, Greta.

“Use Your Voice” is a children’s series, starring actresses Bia Torres, Laura Castro and Giulia Nassa, who together form the group BFF Girls. In addition to Cella, names such as Robson Nunes, Sérgio Loroza, Fafy Siqueira, Marianna Armellini, Flávia Garrafa and Mateus Ribeiro are also part of the cast.

In 2023, Cella also released the EP “Relatos de someone que não fale”, with six songs and which achieved excellent results on music platforms. On Spotfy alone there were more than 10 thousand hits. “These are very significant numbers and they make me very happy. I got a lot of amazing feedback from people who listened to the songs. This is very rewarding”, she emphasizes.

For next year, Cella already has projects underway. One of them is the musical “República Lee – Um Musical ao Som de Rita”, created by her and produced by In Cena Casa de Artes e Produções, a school she runs in Rio de Janeiro. “República Lee” is a musical comedy, with new drama and songs by Rita Lee. The show is scheduled to debut in 2024, with a season in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
