Amazonian actor Thiago Jesus changed his look to play the new characters

Manaus (AM) – Amazonian actor Thiago Jesus, who debuted in short films at the “OPA! MOVIE SHOW” on November 17th at Cine Teatro Guarany, this time it features 3 new characters in short films in Manaus. Thiago Jesus will play “Matias”, in Eterna, directed by Cláudio Sousa, “David”, in A Beleza da Borboleta, directed by Rodrigo Sousa and “Rodolfo” in Pequei Senhor, directed by André Diniz.

“Doing this work was incredible, because the characters are very different from me and this certainly added a lot to my professional repertoire, because this way, I can diversify my work and the public can follow the nuances between characters. It is a collective work, built by different professionals, as an actor I am a spokesperson for history and for me it is a privilege to help tell new stories and live other lives on the film set”,

says Amazonian actor Thiago Jesus.

The actor changed his look to play the new characters.

“The proposal to change my look came up for the production of In Set Community’s short films and I of course accepted. My job is to deliver truth on stage and the change of look helped in my process, as an actor, to find the truth of the character. The final result was incredible and the public can see everything when the films are shown”,

highlighted Amazonian actor Thiago Jesus.

The exhibition will be held on December 21st, at 7pm, at Paróquia Santa Rita de Cassia, Av. Carvalho Leal, 931, Cachoerinha – Manaus / AM, with the unprecedented screening of 05 short films, with the presence of the technical team and cast films, free entry. The films are the result of the cinema course developed by the Comunidade In Set project, covered by the Manaus Faz Cultura Program.

”Production is a unique moment within the course. It is during this period that they put into practice what they have assimilated and where their talent is confirmed. In this second edition, we broke records for the number of films produced and their impact on the community. On December 21st there will be the results of this super talented group!”,

says the coordinator of the Comunidade In Set project and audiovisual producer Bruno Pereira.
