Julia Brunetto had her first contact with entrepreneurship, with classes at school, at the age of 8. The 22-year-old owns a chain of pastry shops and already earns R$900,000 Julia Brunetto made the plan to undertake in the pastry business in 2018 and decided to study technologist in gastronomy. A year later, she found the commercial point in a shopping center in Greater São Paulo. With an investment of R$ 400,000, the renovation of the space began. Since the age of 8, she had her first contact with entrepreneurship, with classes at school. At age 16, she started working at her parents’ urban cleaning company. She won over family and friends with her version of a French sweet called entremet. The mousse has inner layers of fillings and a cake base, finished with a glossy icing. In order not to run out of income during the pandemic, she and her boyfriend created an online bakery. With the resumption of in-person services, in 2021, Julia finished renovating the space and gave a Brazilian touch to the sweet entremet, with ingredients such as cupuaçu, bananada and coconut. Today it also offers other sweets. There are 3 units, two in Greater São Paulo and one in the capital. Revenue in 2022 was BRL 900,000. Watch the full report in the video above.
