And on this very important day, the tip is to take advantage of the restaurants participating in the 17th edition of the Bom Gourmet Festival, in Curitiba, They have vegetarian and vegan options on their menu.
Altogether there are 79 establishments of various specialties, with more than 30 establishments offering exclusive dishes prepared without any animal protein. Whether from classic to contemporary cuisine, there are restaurants with cuisines from around the world that have options to please all palates. Doppo Cucina
How about tasting typical dishes of Italian cuisine in a mansion listed by the cultural heritage of Curitiba, with options without animal protein? For vegetarians, Doppo Cucina provides this unique gastronomic experience. Among the options prepared for the Bom Gourmet Festival, there is the entry “zucchini carpaccio”, with thin slices of zucchini with Doppo sauce, almonds and grated cheese. In addition to the main dish, “shiitake mushroom pie with spinach sauce”. These two vegetarian dishes can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner for R$109.90.
Located in one of the noblest neighborhoods in the city of Curitiba, Batel provides a pleasant atmosphere and unforgettable moments. The restaurant is at Avenida do Batel, 1550 and on Mondays it serves both lunch and dinner.
Thai Thai Restaurant
For Asian cuisine lovers and vegetarians, the Festival Bom Gourmet also has the Thai Restaurant, specializing in Thai food. With refined and tasty dishes, consumers experience a true gastronomic experience with authentic flavors and recipes, in addition to imported ingredients.
At the Festival, it is possible to immerse yourself in this remarkable cuisine with the option of the “vegetarian roll” starter and the “vegetarian Pad Thai” main dish. Both options can be tried on the dinner menu for R$109.90. The establishment is open from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm and is located in Bigorrilho, at Alameda Júlia da Costa, at number 870.

Anarco Restaurant – Batel
With a lunch (R$69.90) and dinner (R$89.90) menu at Festival Bom Gourmet, the second unit of the original Anarco Restaurante offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. One of the options is the “green salad” starter (mix of leaves, toasted almonds, artichoke petals, cherry tomatoes, vinegar cream, olive oil and basil). There is also the vegan main course “Cabotian pumpkin risotto with fresh mushrooms and vegetable mix”. Both options are offered in both periods.
Located in Batel, it is a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine and offers its customers a menu that values originality and combines cuisine, flavors and history. Anarco Restaurante – Batel is located at Rua Jose Bernardino Bormann, at number 600.
Z Sushi
Another restaurant option in the capital of Paraná that specializes in Asian cuisine, specifically Japanese food, is Z Sushi. Located in the São Francisco district, this establishment presents at the Bom Gourmet Festival a lunch and dinner menu for the fixed price of R$89.90.
Vegetarian consumers can enjoy the “vegetarian shrimp” starter (breaded shrimp flavor, made from plants, with or without sauce). In addition to the “vegetarian combo” main dish, a combination based on fruits, vegetables and oriental spices that together bring Japanese cuisine up to date.
OZ Sushi features a menu with recipes ranging from traditional to contemporary, in addition to a space with a lounge and bar. On Mondays, the restaurant is only open for dinner at Rua Visconde de Nácar, 471.

Curry Pasta – Fusion Cuisine
This restaurant, which mixes the power of Indian flavors with the succulence of Italian cuisine, also offers vegetarian options for consumers at Festival Bom Gourmet in the capital of Paraná. With an original and unique menu, it features “grilled mushrooms with smoked curry sauce and aromatic pilaf rice with almonds”, vegetarian main dish served only at lunch for the fixed price of R$69.90.
In addition to this option, there is also the vegetarian entrée “mushroom goy”, a rolled Viatnamese rice leaf with grilled vegetables and spiced mushrooms, served with herb ranch dressing and balsamic cream. Curry Pasta – Cozinha de Fusão is located at Avenida Manoel Ribas, 750, in the Mercês neighborhood.
Veg and Lev
To conclude today’s selection, Veg and Lev could not be left out. With the main objective of offering dishes focused on healthy eating, the house’s menus have vegan and gluten-free options. The options “feijoada dumplings” with cabbage stuffing and smoked tofu and “pumpkin kibbeh with quinoa” are recommended choices for those looking for vegan, light and tasty dishes. Both options are served at lunch and dinner for R$69.90.
