Where is the right going in Brazil (and how to keep hope)

Street movements that emerged in 2013 and that contributed to the right-wing revival in the last decade are calling people to a new demonstration on the next 4th of June. The most concrete agenda is to protest against the impeachment of Deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) requested by the PT and accepted by the Superior Electoral Court.

But there is in the air a feeling of revolt and indignation with authoritarian measures by the Judiciary, especially in the persecution of conservatives, as well as the risk of deterioration of freedoms under the new PT government, with the approval of the Federal Supreme Court and the omission of Congress.

With the right in opposition and its supporters cornered by criminalization or silenced by censorship, it is important to know the ways to survive and preserve its values. What mistakes were made in the recent past and which ones to avoid in the current scenario? Is the division within the right-wing camp positive or does it harm the realization of your aspirations?

Operation Lava Jato, former president Jair Bolsonaro, mobilization on networks and in the streets. What is the meaning and weight of these phenomena for the future of the movement?
