When asked about the video, which shows Tássio Renam touching videomaker Nahuel Medina’s collar, Marçal denied the accusation of trying to create false evidence. “The boy [Nahuel] was desperate and he [Tássio] He grabbed his collar and said: ‘Calm down, let me see if it hurts’. That was it”, said the candidate this Monday (30), after participating in the debate promoted by Sheet/UOL.

Images from surveillance cameras in a room behind the scenes of the debate show the lawyer touching Nahuel’s collar while he speaks in an excited manner and gestures a lot. The sequence occurred shortly after Duda left the studio with a bloody face. The images were published by the Metrópoles portal and later obtained by Sheet.

Marçal also appears in the images, and Nahuel shows the two of them his cell phone screen.

The advisor who accompanies the PRTB candidate to take campaign images claimed that he was attacked by Duda, who pushed him, tore his shirt and tried to snatch his cell phone from his hand while he filmed what he called the marketer’s attempt to “pass codes”. to Nunes during the debate.

Duda denied the accusations and stated that he only pushed Nahuel away while he used his cell phone to film him.

The climate of animosity between the teams occurred after Marçal was expelled from the debate.

At this moment, the attacker left behind the scenes and entered the studio, which led to the interruption of the program. He was detained for investigation by the police and taken to the police station in the early hours of the morning. At the end of the debate, Marçal said that his advisor reacted after being attacked earlier.

The video was mentioned by Duda this Monday morning before the debate promoted by Sheet and UOL.

“The lawyer tore the man’s shirt [Nahuel] Medina to do a false test,” he said. “I’m clean-hearted. I will take all legal measures. How can you? I’m sure it was premeditated.”

The marketer stated that he felt sorry for his attacker because he only took orders from Marçal. He said he will take legal action against Tássio for trying to create false evidence. The case is investigated by the Civil Police.
