USA recalls children’s bathrobe that can catch fire – 02/06/2023 – Panel SA

The body responsible for overseeing product safety in the United States, the CPSC, announced the recall of a brand of children’s bathrobe made with material that may be at risk of catching fire.

According to the agency, the bathrobe, sold by Amazon, did not meet the required safety standards and could cause burns.

According to the CPSC, there are about 5,000 pieces made in China in blue, pink with a brown polka dot, and white with a dinosaur print.

Consumers are instructed to destroy the bathrobe and send a photo to ChildLikeMe, the importer of the garments, in order to receive a refund.

Children’s products were sold between June 2021 and August last year on the Amazon website.
