Tjap Administrative Plenary approves triple list for electoral judge vacancy – Diário do Amapá
The 940th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Administrative of the Court of Justice of Amapá (TJAP), held this Wednesday, October 2nd, voted and chose, among nine registered candidates, the triple list requested by the Regional Electoral Court of Amapá (TRE-AP) for the choice of a class-based electoral judge (class of lawyers). The list was requested to fill the vacancy that will arise with the end of the lawyer’s first biennium Paola Julien Oliveira dos Santos, scheduled for October 4th (next Friday), and due to the proximity of the election.
Three of the registered candidates asked to give oral arguments at the session and the same three were chosen to compose the list, through voting and tiebreaker criteria (as provided for in Resolution No. 23,517/2017 of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). The approved list is made up of the following lawyers (in alphabetical order): Helder José Freitas de Lima Ferreira (3rd place), Paola Julien Oliveira dos Santos (1st place) and Sandra Regina Martins Maciel Alcântara (2nd place).
Also in accordance with Resolution No. 23,517, the names indicated will be forwarded to the TRE-AP and, subsequently, to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
The collegiate also decided to hold a Solemn Session to hand over the Necklace of Judiciary Merit to the lawyer Wagner Gomes (in memoriam), on October 9, 2024 (Wednesday), at 11:30 am (in the Tjap Plenary).
The Extraordinary Administrative Session to Choose the New Management of Tjap for the biennium 2025/2027 has also been scheduled for December 5, 2024 (Thursday), when the occupants of the positions of president, vice-president will be appointed , inspector, general ombudsman, director of Ejap, president of TRE-AP and vice-president/corrector of TRE-AP.
The 940th Ordinary Administrative Session of the Tjap Plenum was led by the judge-president Adam Carvalho and included the participation of judges Agostino Silvério Junior, Carlos Tork, João Lages, Rommel Araújo, and Jayme Ferreira (general inspector), in addition to the judges summoned Stella Ramos and Marconi Pepper.
