Sodexo: meal ticket consumption time got shorter – 03/18/2023 – Panel SA
The duration of the meal ticket has become shorter this year, according to a survey by Sodexo. In the average of the first two months of the year there were only 11 days.
The interval is smaller than that recorded in 2022, when the annual average was 13 days.
Despite the reduction in the time in which workers spend their meal vouchers, Sodexo says it has recorded growth in credit offered by companies for the benefit in the first two months of this year compared to the same period last year.
In the regional cut, the Midwest had the greatest increase in the value made available to workers, with an increase of 18%, followed by the South (16%), Southeast (15%), Northeast (11%) and North (1%). .
