Chef Morena Leite and psychiatrist Arthur Guerra will launch the book “Terapia na Cozinha” in November. Published by Sextante, the work will address how food can impact mood, family relationships and emotional health.

Personal stories from the authors about their relationship with food and challenges they face will also be shared.

“The awareness of what it means to eat well and the discipline to be able to do this on a daily basis can say a lot about someone’s mental health because it is a reflection of how much that person values ​​taking care of themselves, their well-being and their health” , says Guerra.

“My proposal in these kitchen therapy sessions with Morena is to show that it is possible and worth working to create a harmonious relationship with food”, he adds.
