More than 100 Amazonas Shopping stores confirm their participation in Tax Free Day

Throughout the day, stores in segments such as clothing, footwear, electronics, cosmetics, among others, will be selling selected products, without taxes on the goods.

Manaus (AM) – Amazonas Shopping will have more than 100 stores from all segments participating in the 2023 edition of the Tax Free Day (DLI). The action, organized by the Chamber of Young Shopkeepers Leaders (CDL Jovem), takes place this Thursday (25).

Throughout the day, stores in segments such as clothing, footwear, electronics, cosmetics, among others, will be selling selected products, without taxes on the merchandise. The DLI is a national movement, which aims to draw the population’s attention to the size of the tax burden on products and services.

The stores participating in the DLI action will be identified with posters in the windows. According to the Marketing manager of Amazonas Shopping, Ivanna Passos, in addition to being an awareness day, the action is an opportunity for people to purchase products they want, without the taxes included.

The shopkeepers at Amazonas Shopping, she said, are mobilized to participate in the action.

“This is an event that grows more every year, demonstrating the importance of guiding the population about the charges paid”,
