InovAtiva seeks to boost open innovation in Manaus

Manaus (AM) – Training and connecting market players are among the main demands of the national innovation ecosystem. To contribute to this demand in Manaus, Sebrae Lab Amazonas will host, this Thursday (25th), at 6 pm, a face-to-face and free edition of the Open Innovation Lab with the theme of Disruptive Technologies. The event is one of the initiatives of InovAtiva, a public policy to support innovative Brazilian entrepreneurship, being carried out by Fundação Certi, with support from the Associação do Polo Digital de Manaus (APDM).

On the occasion, actions will be carried out aimed at contributing to the advancement of the activities of the actors of the innovation ecosystem in the region. Specialists will participate in lectures and interactive panels on open innovation and successful cases, presenting experiences that helped to achieve positive results throughout their professional trajectories. In addition, dynamics will be promoted to generate connections, partnerships and network.

Among the confirmed guests of the panels “What is open innovation and successful cases” and “Legal aspects of open innovation” are the municipal secretary of Labor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Manaus (Semtepi), Radyr Júnior, member of the Law Commission Digital, Startups and Innovation and president of the OAB-AM Data Protection and Information Security Subcommittee, Julianne Maria, the Manaus Tech Hub Innovation specialist, Daniel Goetternauer.

For Amanda Cavali, event manager at InovAtiva, “The realization of the Open Innovation Lab in Manaus reflects the relevance that the Manaus Digital Hub has on the national scene. And to contribute to the advancement of the local innovation ecosystem, we want to strengthen the relationship with entrepreneurs, employees of traditional companies, students and other people interested locally in the theme of the event.”

The executive director of the Manaus Digital Hub Association, Murilo Monteiro, reinforces that “initiatives that move the actors of the ecosystem, encouraging them to expand their training, in addition to promoting the exchange of knowledge and contributing to the development of innovative businesses are essential so that the region and the country can grow in the generation of solutions in processes, services and technology-based products”.
