The Perdizes neighborhood, in the west zone of São Paulo, will be the next to receive a 150-meter-high skyscraper in the city of São Paulo. The On the Sky by Yoo project, by developer Cyrela, will have 42 floors in a single tower, with units from 29 m² to 16 m². The company estimates the project’s PSV (Potential Sales Value) at R$ 500 million, with an average sales price per square meter at R$ 15.9 thousand.

The building will be located on an area of almost 6,000 meters on Rua Turiassu, 500 meters from Allianz Parque, and will have leisure on three levels: on the third floor, on the roof and between the 22nd and 23rd floors, where there will be an infinity pool . “The project promises to make design touch the stars”, says Cyrela.

On the Sky has four floors less than Platina 220, the tallest building in the city, located in Tatuapé (east area). Compared to the tallest building in the world, Paulistas are still short. The Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, is 828 meters high and has 168 habitable floors.

There will be 371 apartments, with floor plans of up to three suites and two parking spaces. In the common area, there is a party room, barbecue grills, coworking area, toy library, gym, saunas, lounge for delivery reception and tennis court.

The apartments start to be sold next month. Key delivery is scheduled for April 2027.

The review of São Paulo’s master plan, to be voted on by the municipal legislature by this Wednesday (31), should expand vertical integration and bring in more skyscrapers. The text opens a loophole to increase the height limit of buildings in almost the entire city.
