Manaus (AM) – The mayor of Manaus, David Almeida (Avante) is the second chief of the Municipal Executive with the best approval in the ten largest Brazilian capitals, according to a survey released this Tuesday, 6th, by the Paraná Institute.

The mayor of Porto Alegre, Sebastião Melo (MDB), appears next, with 63.4% and 29.9%; followed by Fuad Noman (PSD), with 57.1% and 28.9%; ahead of Eduardo Paes, who has 55.8% approval and 38.1% disapproval.
Ricardo Nunes (MDB), mayor of São Paulo, is eighth on the list, with 52.7% and 38.7%, followed by José Sarto (PDT), with 43.5% and 50.9%; and Edmilson Rodrigues (PSOL), from Belém, who has 28.6% approval and 68.8% disapproval.
The survey has a margin of error of 3.7% and was carried out from May 4 to 8 in Manaus.
