In allusion to Yellow May, the Federal Highway Police will be carrying out, on Sunday (28), four cycling tours, simultaneously, in the state, in partnership with the Detran and Sest/Senat, in addition to the support of the Organized Cyclists Groups and various institutions.
In addition to Macapá, the action also takes place in Tartarugalzinho, Oiapoque, Laranjal do Jari and Branca do Amapari. The event is free and seeks to bring society together to spread the message of protecting life. According to the organization, an audience of approximately one thousand people is estimated at the event.
In the capital, the concentration takes place at the Detran, at 7 am and from there, the cyclists will pass by Operational Unit 01 of the PRF/AP, following the Norte-Sul Highway, passing by Duca Serra and ending the route at the headquarters of Sest/Senat.
The Yellow May campaign has the support of the PM-AP, through the Traffic Policing Battalions (BPTran) and State Highway Policing (BPRE); PRF-AP; CTMac; STTrans and Sest-Senat.
