Cultural spaces publish opening hours for the holiday

Manaus (AM) – Some cultural spaces will use special opening hours on this Corpus Christi holiday, June 8th, and on the 9th, declared an optional point. Among the venues are the Amazonas Theater, the Provincial Palace, the Seringal Museum, and the Cultural Centers Palácio Rio Negro, Palace of Justice and Povos da Amazônia.

The Teatro Amazonas will be open for visitation on public holidays, from 8 am to 1 pm. On Friday, the monument will operate normally from 9am to 5pm. The same scenario is repeated in the Provincial Palace, which includes the Museum of Image and Sound, Museum of Numismatics, Tiradentes Museum of the Military Police, Archeology Exhibition and Pinacoteca do Amazonas. All spaces in the Palacete Provincial will be open on public holidays from 8am to 1pm and on Fridays from 9am to 5pm.

The Seringal Museum, which has access only by river, located on Igarapé São João, will open on holiday Thursdays, from 9am to 1pm, and on Fridays, from 9am to 4pm.

The cultural centers Palácio Rio Negro and Palácio da Justiça will follow the same visiting hours on public holidays, from 9am to 1pm and, the following day, from 9am to 5pm.

The Peoples of the Amazon Cultural Center, which concentrates libraries and the Museum of Northern Man, will not open for visitation on the holiday. On the other hand, it will work on Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
