For fans of noble meats made in Argentine parrilla, St 444 Patagonia presents a complete menu with this ingredient as the main star. With the same menu served at lunch and dinner for the fixed price of R$ 69.90, the restaurant offers three main course options for the Bom Gourmet Festival. Among them is the “grilled entrecôte”, accompanied by french fries, farofa, rice and chimichurri sauce. There is also the “grilled picanha” option, accompanied by fries, farofa, rice and chimichurri sauce. In addition to gastronomy, the establishment located in the Seminary neighborhood has a variety of draft beers from Patagonia, Colorado and Brahma.

The definition of Brasserie is an establishment that is the combination of a cafe/restaurant, in which a varied and simple menu is offered, but with well-executed and delicious dishes. Commanded by chef Juliana Fagundes, Pimenta Brasserie presents for the Bom Gourmet Festival, a complete lunch menu for the fixed price of R$69.90. With dishes that appeal to all tastes and that show the chef’s versatility, consumers can try a tasty “baião de dois” or a “pork ribeye with barbecue sauce”. In addition to these main dishes, the establishment also offers the vegetarian option “pumpkin conchiglione with smoked almonds”.

For those who prefer to enjoy healthier food, Veg e Lev, which is located in the center of Curitiba, is the ideal place. Featuring a complete lunch and dinner menu for R$69.90, there are light, vegan and gluten-free options. For the Bom Gourmet Festival, the restaurant has two main course options, one of which is vegetarian. The dish in question is the “pumpkin kibbeh with quinoa”, a vegan pumpkin kibbeh and quinoa mix, stuffed with caramelized onions. It accompanies Syrian bread, tabbouleh and hummus with beetroot. The restaurant also has two vegetarian desserts.

Festival Bom Gourmet consumers can also enjoy a full lunch menu (R$69.90), prepared by chef Rafael Lafraia from Curry Pasta Cozinha de Fusão. Located in Mercês, the restaurant has an authorial and unique menu that combines the power of Indian flavors with the succulence of Italian cuisine. Among the options of main dishes prepared for the Festival, there is the “butter chicken”, which is chicken strips in a smoked curry sauce with spices and aromatic pilaf rice with almonds. In addition to the gastronomic experience, the establishment also promotes special pairing events with a rich wine list.

How about savoring a crustacean dish for just R$69.90? At Pata Negra, a restaurant participating in the Bom Gourmet Festival, it is possible to taste the “talharim with pistol prawns”. Main dish served at lunch consisting of the chef’s handmade noodles with Sicilian lemon bechamel and pistol shrimp. To end the menu, the “crema catalana” dessert, a classic crema catalana with red fruit reduction. In addition to dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine, patrons can also enjoy a themed environment and enjoy the view of Praça da Espanha, a tourist spot in the capital of Paraná that is right in front of the typical Spanish restaurant.
