Offering a unique and emotional experience, this restaurant located in Ecoville, brings a mixture of various spices from around the world with a special touch of home cooking. Characteristics that can be seen in the menu prepared especially for the Festival Bom Gourmet with unique and affectionate dishes. And for cheese fans, Frères Gastronomia offers “grilled mignon with four cheese pasta”, with a grilled mignon tournedor served with pasta with four cheese sauce. Main course served in lunch for the fixed price of R$89.90. The restaurant opens from Monday to Sunday at: R. Professor Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 600.

Terra Madre

Another restaurant in Curitiba that features cheese on the menu prepared for the Bom Gourmet Festival is Terra Madre. The ingredient can be checked out at the entrance with the option “ricotta cannelloni with spinach”, in addition to also being present in the main course “salmon conchiglione with ricotta”. Located in Bigorrilho, it is the right place for those looking to taste dishes based on classic Italian cuisine combined with the creativity of seasonal cuisine and traditional gastronomy preparations. The same menu, as well as the aforementioned dishes, can be seen at lunch and dinner (R$ 109.90). The establishment is located at R. Desembargador Otávio do Amaral, 515.

At Anarco Restaurante – Market Municipal, specialized in Italian gastronomy, it is possible to enjoy this ingredient both in the starter with the “ostra gratin” (two units of oysters au gratin with four cheeses) and in the dessert “red fruit cheesecake”. The sweet in question is made with cream cheese, a creamy cheese produced from milk and cream, and is well known by lovers of this ingredient. Both dishes can be tried on the lunch menu, which costs R$89.90. The establishment is located at R. Sete de Setembro, 1865, Centro.
