Bolsonarist influencer Bismark Fugazza was arrested in Paraguay this Friday (17) and should be expelled from the country. The return to Brazil must be made through Foz do Iguaçu (PR). He was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF (Federal Supreme Court), at the request of the Federal Police.

Journalist Oswaldo Eustáquio was also approached by the Paraguayan police, but claimed to have applied for asylum, which made his arrest unfeasible.

The two supporters of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) had been on the run since December, like the Sheet revealed, when Moraes issued an arrest warrant for their participation in the coup attacks after the second round of the 2022 elections.

Eustáquio is in the crosshairs of the investigations reported by the minister since the first unfolding of the investigations of the attacks on the members of the STF and anti-democratic threats.

He was arrested for the first time in 2020, pursuant to an order by Moraes in the investigation records of the anti-democratic acts that took place that year, but was placed under house arrest by the minister.

The Bolsonaro supporter was once again the subject of an arrest warrant, later revoked, in September 2021, due to his participation in the coup acts of September 7 of that year.

Eustáquio and Bismarck participated in the coup escalation after Bolsonaro’s defeat by Lula (PT) that led to attacks on the buildings of the three Powers on January 8 of this year.

The two were, for example, at the hearing in a Senate commission in which they attacked the electoral process and the Supreme Court, held in November 2022. They asked for Moraes’ arrest or impeachment.

“We’ve been together with the people on the street for more than 30 days. For 30 days, together with the people. I left Itajaí, Santa Catarina, and I’ve been here in Brasília since the 3rd. I’ve even been hanging out with Oswaldo Eustáquio, who also suffered censorship, is now in a wheelchair, even as a result of that,” Bismark said at the hearing.

Still in his speech, the Bolsonarist said that the “tyranny of the Judiciary” has its days numbered in Brazil and made a threat about Lula’s inauguration. “The thief doesn’t go up the ramp,” he said.

The digital influencer also accompanied the protest that a group made near the hotel where Lula is staying. Curses against the PT and against STF ministers were uttered.

Eustáquio, in turn, participated in the camp at the Army HQ and in demonstrations by Bolsonaristas after the defeat, one of them in front of the hotel where Lula stayed during the transition of government.
