Manaus (AM) – Festival Só Tem Brega, which takes place in Manaus on the 6th of May, announced this Thursday (16) Banda Djavu as the new line-up attraction. Tickets are available to the public at www.shopingresso.com. The event will feature more than eight hours of partying.

Brightening the Brazilian stages since 2009, Banda Djavú is one of the greatest musical genre phenomena in the country. The first big hit was the song “Nave de Amor”, thus becoming a hurricane for Tecnobrega. Other songs also drive the audience crazy: “Don’t Turn Off the Phone” and “Me Libera (What do you think I am)” are some of them.

According to the CEO of MIB Eventos, organizer of the event, Mayara Brilhante, there will be a total of five attractions with three national and two local bands.

“The band Djavú now composes in our line-up, which already has big names in brega and other rhythms that are successful in the country. It will be a night that will mark the history of festivals in Manaus. It is an event for all ages.”

The “Só Tem Brega” Festival is one of the most awaited events by the Amazon public. The first attractions announced by the event organizer were singer Beto Barbosa and Conde Só Brega. In addition, Wanderley Andrade and Nunes Filho make up the program for the event dedicated to the most democratic genre in Brazil.
