In the first minute of the second half, Dyego made a good move on the left wing and saw his shot towards the opponent’s area deflected by the Ukrainian defense.
About a minute later, Dyego himself scored the second, using a rebound from the Ukrainian goalkeeper to head home.
In the 9th minute of the second half, Ukraine managed to equalize with Korsun, taking advantage of an error in Brazil’s ball. And at 16, Dyego, again, scored Brazil’s third, from a penalty kick.
It was the fourth Brazilian victory against the Ukrainians in five clashes, with a draw on record and no victory for the Europeans.
Led by Marquinhos Xavier, the team reaches the decision undefeated. So far there have been six wins in six matches, with a balance of 37 goals scored and only 4 conceded. Winger Marcel is the competition’s top scorer, with ten goals.
